• After submitting your consultation request, our clinician will review it and reach out to you with an appointment time and date. Please be on the lookout for an email from IntakeQ and inform us as soon as possible if the proposed time is not suitable for you. We understand the significance of your mental health and are committed to ensuring you are seen promptly.

• Patient will be able to create a user account and access the patient portal via IntakeQ. IntakeQ is equipped with a HIPAA-compliant telehealth platform, as well as direct messaging to your clinician.

To better serve our patients, we are open evenings and weekends, by appointment only.
