Initial Psychiatric Evaluation

Every new patient receives a comprehensive evaluation on the first visit. This includes taking a full history, reviewing any available medical records, and discussing diagnosis and plan for treatment. Medication prescriptions will be provided when clinically appropriate, and the need for laboratory studies may also be discussed.

Medication Management for Mental Wellness

On-going medication management entails periodic follow-up visits with the provider as indicated. The patient will be assessed for treatment progress and medication adjustment will be made if deemed necessary.
